About
Vicky is on a mission to uncap human potential. She uses her ‘portfolio career’ of speaking, writing, coaching, consulting, and leading impact projects to do this.
After co-founding and scaling her own EdTech startup, Vicky joined global venture capital and fixed income firm, Artesian, in 2015. As a Partner and Head of Impact Investing, she is currently focused on directing capital, innovation and human endeavor towards positive social and environmental outcomes. Vicky also chairs the firm’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) Committee and spearheaded the Artesian Women’s Economic Empowerment Bond Fund, which she established in partnership with the United Nations Capital Development Fund and her non-profit, SheSyndicate.org.
Vicky is unapologetically impact-first. Specifically, she is committed to:
1. Helping more people build companies/lead projects that change the world
2. Developing the youth into the type of world leaders she would follow
3. Increasing the number of minority and women-led startups, boards, and investments
4. Contributing to climate action at scale
5. Facilitating human potential – in all its forms
Vicky was also recognized as a Forbes 30 under 30 list maker in April 2017.
